Module 1 Reflection

This module has made me think about my role as an instructional designer in the following ways:  I am having to shift my thinking from being a "giver" of information to being a facilitator of information for my students.  This module has introduced me to the activities we will be completing throughout this course.  These activities will be designed to help my students think critically and discover information that will enhance their learning.  I have also learned, from this module, that rather than being told what to do or teach, I will choose what information can be grouped together, how it will be presented, and how I expect my students to discover the desired learning outcomes.
